What result are you looking for? As a buyer, I have to assume you're looking to buy a home directly from a seller so that you can save some money.
If you're a seller, I'm guessing you're looking to save the Real Estate commission by doing the work yourself!
The fact is that if the buyer and seller are willing to do all of the work, there could be up to about 7% in Real Estate commission saved. Keep in mind, however, that the work that Realtor would have done still needs to get done!
